Not working - read below

This was intended for reregistering your XML-RPC channel with the new sim after changing regions - for some reason it wasn't used. Instead of it, you call llOpenRemoteDataChannel again - you'll receive a remote_data event with the same channel id as in the old sim, so requests can continue. Any requests sent while not yet reregistered after changing sims are dropped.

You do not need to worry about this if your object doesn't change regions.
