WakkaWiki does not support renaming pages. The closest that can be done is a page delete and page create.

Say you wanted to rename WikiRenamingPages to ILikeCandy. First you would edit WikiRenamingPages and copy it's wiki source. Then you would create the page ILikeCandy and paste that source into it and save. You would then go back and delete WikiRenamingPages
